This is not an acceptance of your order but rather a confirmation that we have received it. A contract for the sale of the products is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.

- Shipping: We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the delivery address and added at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your order within the expected time frame, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:
- You have 60 days from the delivery date to return an item. Returns postmarked after the 60-day period will not qualify for a refund or credit.
- All returns must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) label attached to the exterior of the shipping packaging.
- All merchandise must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, including the original manufacturer’s packaging and instructions. Items that show signs of wear or use, such as a brace worn beyond the initial fitting, cannot be refunded and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Returns missing the manufacturer’s packaging or with damaged packaging may incur additional replacement fees.
- Defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund/credit as appropriate. If there is an error with your order, we will correct it at no cost to you.
- Refunds for shipping costs for refused shipments will not be given.
- Custom products and products with custom logos are not returnable.
- In warranty defective products outside the 60 day return window maybe able to be fixed or replaced depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
As a reminder, all product returns, replacement, or repairs require prior written approval with an issued Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any returns without an RMA will be refused at the sole expense of the customer. Contact us for instructions BEFORE returning any product.
